National Security Language Initiative (NSLI)

A press brief outling the announcement by President Bush on January 5, 2006 establishing the National Security Language Inititative which gives financial support to programs building proficiency in a set of "critical-need" languages including Arabic, Russian, Chinese, Hindi, Yrdu and Farsi.
